The Agency / firm must submit the Technical data sheet (TDS) on OEM letter head along with requisite certificates for approval by an officer from the department not below the rank of SDO ,prior to the supply of materials. The Job includes 2-years replacement warrenty from OEM for the entire lighting fixtures from the the date of sucessful handing over of site to intending department , covering any damage /mulfunctioning /burnt out what so ever reason.
