[Notes: [a] Single stone slab shall be used for entire Width and Length of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. [b] The edges of treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded.[c] The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three numbers of grooves. |

| 12 | M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement duly mixed with and including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth and laying Attatic Propelene Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion over oil based bituminous primer @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm complete including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description and rremoval of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge |
