Schedule 'A' PART - I : PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDING (PEB) WAREHOUSE WITH ANNEXES are not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signifies this fact only.

Preparation & submission of Design for Pre-Engineered Building warehouse of size 60mx40m (clear inner size excluding steel stanchions/ columns), clear height 11.80m as indicated in the line plans with RCC foundation, RCC framed structure up to plinth level including plinth beam along with Annexes C-SHAPE (G+02) on three sides of the warehouse with RCC foundation and RCC framed structure with RCC roof, AAC block masonry, etc., including design of sliding door with manual & motorized warehouse doors 3 Nos of sizes as indicated in line plan, Hydraulics docks 7 MT capacity ( 1 at entry and 1 at exit side), length 3.0m x width 2.1m x height 1.05m, RCC floor slab to the extent as indicated in line plan of warehouse and its under layers shall be designed to withstand a maximum dead load of 24.5Tonne/Sqm. and getting the same checked and verified by HQ Chief Engineer (CG) Visakhapatnam including making necessary corrections/ amplifying as advised and finally vetting the design drawings by any IIT (directly by the institute and not by any professor in individual capacity) and submission to HQ Chief Engineer (CG) Visakhapatnam for final approval complete all as specified.

Construction of Pre-Engineered Building warehouse of size 60mx40m (clear inner size excluding steel stanchions/ columns), clear height 11.80m as indicated in the line plans with RCC foundation, RCC framed structure up to plinth level including plinth beam along with Annexes C-SHAPE (G+02) on three sides of the warehouse with RCC foundation and RCC framed structure with RCC roof, AAC block masonry, etc.,with Motorised sliding door( 3 Nos) with manual & motorized warehouse doors, Hydraulics docks 7 MT capacity ( 1 at entry and 1 at exit side), length 3.0m x width 2.1m x height 1.05m. complete all as specified and as shown on approved drawings and as directed. Details in brief are as given below:(A) Main PEB Warehouse(i) Excavation in any type of soil(ii) PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundation concrete(iii) Sub Structure : RCC design mix and CRS steel reinforcement in foundations, columns & plinth beam. ATT treatment, RFR, filling under floor etc.(iv) Super structure: Superstructure is to be of steel PEB (as shown in drawing), PEB Structure is to be designed duly considering the Design parameters and soil investigation report attached as Appendix 'A' & Appendix 'B' to Schedule 'A' respectively. Galvalume sheet wall cladding with over lap of 150 mm shall be provided above roof level of annexes and for full height on rear side.
