Note - Any major parts such as jumpers brass/ spindles/ caps any type etc to be measured as supply only in conjuction with this item and paid for accordingly) |

| 4 | Attending complaints like leakge of taps, angle valve stop coks or in pipes, fitting and removing of plumbing fittings such as Bib taps , pilllar taps, GI tubing , stop cocks, angle vales, float valves water tanks, gratinsgs, traps , WCs flushing cistern, waste pipes, WHBs, EWCs and similar work for continuity of essential internal water supply/sanitary services by employing an experienced team of plumbers and helpers to restore the exiting/services to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) T&P including convence to reach door to door for attending the jobs will be provided by the contractor.(ii) Material will provided by seggregation of complaints (72 Hours/3 days/15 days/30 days) to the contractor and will be seperatly measured & paid as per item below.(iii) The complaint slip will be collected from complaint cell incharge/JE(Civ) by the contractor or high authority rep in writing.(iv) The area/Location of of Job will be all MD and OTM accn in AOR of AGE B/R-I. |
| 5 | Attending complaints related to carpenter work and obtaining completion from user including repair/easing of doors re-fixing or tightening of doors, windows, resecuring of door/window wire guage, (fixing only) builders hardwares, helical door spring including use of all types of nails, screws etc which are required to make good the work, use of any other stores/fittings shall be paid seprately under Supply only items in building to continuity of essential carpentry service by employing a team of experienced carpenters with a helpers to restore the existing service to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. All as directed T&P for attending the job will be provided by the contractor.Note :- (i) T&P including convence to reach door to door for attending the jobs will be provided by the contractor.(ii) The complaint slip will be collected from complaint cell incharge/JE(Civ) by the contractor supervisor.(iii) The area/Location of of Job will be all MD and OTM accn in AOR of AGE B/R-I. |
| 6 | Attending complaints related to black smith work and obtaining completion from user for resecuring/easing/minor repair to make functional of steel doors, steel windows, steel rolling shutter and gates etc by greasing,oiling & cleaning and changing of required fittings, fixtures & compnents etc by employing experienced Black smith with a helper to restore the existing service to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge by using store issued by the Dept..All as directed T&P for attending the job will be provided by the contractor.Note :- (i) T&P including convence to reach door to door for attending the jobs will be provided by the contractor.(ii) Material will provided by department through maintanace cell and neccessary salvage/unused material deposit back to complaint cell incharge/JE(Civ).(iii) The complaint slip will be collected from complaint cell incharge/JE(Civ) by the contractor supervisor.(iv) The area/Location of of Job will be all MD and OTM accn in AOR of AGE B/R-I. |
| 7 | Attending complaints related to Cleaning of blocked WC seat of pedestal/squatt pattern upto Ist manhole and making the drain pipe of any size full fuctional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of engr-in charge including cleaning of 1st manhole and removing the waste material/sludge etc to a distance n. exec 300m and burning the same in pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge. T&P for attending the job will be provided by the contractor.Note :- (i) T&P including convence to reach door to door for attending the jobs will be provided by the contractor.(ii) Material will provided by department through maintanace cell and neccessary salvage/unused material deposit back to complaint cell incharge/JE(Civ).(iii) The complaint slip will be collected from complaint cell incharge/JE(Civ) by the contractor supervisor.(iv) The area/Location of of Job will be all MD and OTM accn in AOR of AGE B/R-I. |
