Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance of direct expansion Microprocessor based precision AC (PDX) unit of 4 x 10 TR sensible capacity precision AC unit with 5500 CFM as per the specifications air cooled condenser at underground data centre for DIPAC at Delhi Cantt for equipments as mentioned as below:- (a) DX Microprocessor based precision AC 4x10 TR sensible with 5500 CFM variable capacity scroll compressor as per the specifications air cooled condenser with stepless variable speed fans for winter operation, digital scroll compressor in each unit with refrigerant circuits & connected items. (b) PAC with bottom discharge air flow. (c) Outdoor condenser unit with copper coil with aluminum fins and social fans/speed controller motor. (d) In built sequential controller for operating unit in N + 1 configuration designed for 22 + deg (return air temperature 50% ± 5% Rh and 43 deg C amient tem). (e) Electrical control panel double earthed alongwith timers for delayed start of units (03 Nos. working + 1 standby). (f) Commercial air curtains units for prevention of dust 7 conditional air losses 3 Phase 440 V, 50 Hz complete with fittings and accessories so as to produce 1 to 1 5m/sec air velocity at floor level for door opening size 58” x 90” all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NOS. 1.00 :-(a) The comprehensive maintenance works under this contract shall be done through respective OEM i.e. VERTIV. The contractor will have to submit MoU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as specified in Performa (On serial page No. 98 & 99), within Twenty eight days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract shall liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue on account of contractors default.(b) The contractor should ensure that fortnightly periodical/ preventive maintenance services to the Eqpt/ AC unit to be carried out and submit the inspection report (duly signed by the user/ user's rep) of Equipment conducted by the OEM with in two days of visit to the Engr-in-Charge, failing which recovery of Rs. 2000/- per Equipment per visit shall be deducted from contractors dues.(f)Contractor has to carry out all major and minor break down/repairs pertains to complete machineries of Pericision AC Plant including topping of refrigreant gas as required rates quoted is deemed to be included for all except any damage due to natural disasters such as flash, floods, earth quake, cyclone etc.If complaints were not attended within six hours the following penalties will be imposed and deducted from payments. :-(i) Rs. 3000/- per complaint for not attending the complaint and keeping pending from 6 hours to 12 Hour for each complaint. (ii) Rs. 5000/- per complaint for not attending the complaint and keeping pending 12 hours to 24 hours each complaint.

S&F in repair of Outdoor Unit Stand - Choki type duly painted with anti-corrosive paint along with vibration pads, fittings and accessories complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Initial charge of R-410a refrigerant gas & oil complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair of following Interconnecting Copper piping between indoor & outdoor unit with all fittings and accessories.@20 RMT per machine complete all as specified and as directed
