| 24 | Providing AMC for CCTV system. under the AMC the supplier shall provide comprehensive Maintenance service of the CCTV including the spares & there shall be no hidden cost, preventive Maintenance service of the equipment under AMC must be carried out once in fortnight. During the period of AMC service/repair calls are to be attended by the supplier within two hours from the time of such calls. The defective equipment should be repaired on the same day at purchaser’s location. In case of major defects requiring the defective card/item/equipment to be taken to the supplier workshop. It should be returned within a weeks’ time duty repaired & immediate substitute card/item/equipment will be provided by the supplier for the smooth operation of the fire sensing system. The to &frotransportation of the card/item/equipment will be the responsibility of the supplier. Delays in attending the calls & or repairing the defective equipment be yond time limit of one day will attract penalty @ Rs.500/-per day. The bidder will undertaken the supplies of necessary Maintenanceequipment & spare parts will be made available for all the equipment & the complete system for a period of 5 years on continuing basis 1st year free & thereafter for four year on paid basis.
