Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated/unsaturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/ soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths sides of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth foundations etc., consolidating as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the useable materials available from excavation to department free of cost to the entire staisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu- reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts. in:-

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 40mmnominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Walls including attached but tresses,pilasters, and their caps and bases and string courses etc. upto floor two level

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level i.c cost of binding wire with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of red lead paint In beams joists,channels angles,tees,flats with connectiong plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters purlins connected to common raffers and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Walls including attached buttresses, pilasters and their caps and bases and string courses etc. upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Stone soling under floor complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.
