| 19 | M & L for providing & fixing factory made solid PVC cup board frame size 50 mm X 47 mm (suitable for two track sliding type sshutters) with wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extrude 5 mm thick prelm/plain colour PVC sheet rainforced with 19 mm x 19 mm MS squer tube of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and meter cut at two corners and jointed with 2 nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15 mm x 15 mm MS ssquer tubes. the door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 100 mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum 4 nos of screws to be provided to the horizontal member etc.complete all as per specified and as directed. including dismantling existing of cupboard |
| 20 | M & L for providing & fixing factory made solid PVC(two track sliding type) cup board shuutter (flush type) of 24 mm thick mad from co-extruded 3 layer regid PVC foam sheet (single extruded) with density not less than 600 kg /cbm outer layer (0.8 - 1.00 mm) thick should be of rigid PVC with density 1400 kg/cbm manufactured byan ISO 9001-2015 certified company. Door should be water proof, turmite proof, fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity , with all sliding and locking arrangement complete all as per specified and as directed, including taking down the existing cupboard. |
| 21 | Supply and fixing of factory made partly glazed i.e. upper panel will be wire mesh fitted externally in the clear space & lower panel will be plain colour PVC sheet 5mm thick PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail,; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, complete all as per specified and as directed. |
