This scope of work encompasses all store-related activities within the administrative building of the Dondaicha-Varwade Municipal Council, as well as at various other locations—including the old Municipal Council building, its attached offices, the Municipal Garden, the Daul Water Treatment Plant, the Tavkheda Jackwell, the Solid Waste Management Project, other establishments owned by the Municipal Council, and the Court building. These activities involve the procurement of necessary store items as and when required, as well as the maintenance and repair of such items. The execution of these works shall be carried out in accordance with DSR (District Schedule of Rates) and CSR (Common Schedule of Rates) norms; furthermore, for items where specific rates are not pre-approved, the pricing shall be determined based on prevailing market rates.
