Taking down old cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished the plaster surfaces fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:4 (external surfaces) mixed with water proofing treatment compound as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m in cement mortor 1:6 mean radius built including demolition of old brick work, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick toughned glass with colour itching fixed with stainless steel brackets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note : Design & Colour of itching will be approved by GE.

M&L for textured paint on wall as described are as under from serial no ( i to iv )(i) Prepearing the existing surface by scrapping the existing treatment/ paint properly as instructed by Engr-in- Charge.(ii) Then apply a layer of apex createx scratch finish( 5 mm ) evenly on the surface from the approved applicator as instructed by Engr-in-Charge.(iii) After applying the putty on the surface a uniform primer from the approved manufacturer and approved applicator is applied uniformly on the surface as instructed by Engr-in- Charge(iv) After applying primer uniformly on the surface three coat of oil bound distemper(ROMAN STONE 8311) or equivalent is to be applied uniformly on the surface as instructed by Engr-in- Charge.
