Outsourcing for Cleaning & Sweeping in the office complex and backyard of M&HED, Bikram Chowk Jammu along with parking area of erstwhilwe SPD Jammu on monthly basis with the prime objective to maintain the entire premises in neat, clean, tidy and hygienic conditions. The working area of entire M&HED Complex includes the following:- Office Area-Office building consists of 02 (G0 + G2) floors having officers room, staff rooms, pantry, corridor, stairs, store room, toilets (Ladies & Gents), walls, doors, windows glass frames, Name plates, ventilators, gates, roof including rain water pipes. The total office area is measured 13900 sq.m approx.Open Area-Open space consisting of garden, parking area, internal pathways, complex backyard, area outside the workshop premises including all the open area surrounding premises of the above said buildings, drainage & gutter. The total open area is measured around 13100 sq.m approx.The complete job includes manpower charges, contractor service charges, all kind of taxes etc. The job also includes charges on account of disposal of waste outside the premises abiding all the laws falling in the municipal jurisdiction.
