If there is any change in the rate of GST after the date of bid closing but prior to award of the contract due to which there is any change in the original ranking of bidders, then the originally evaluated L-1 bidder would be considered for award of contract but subject to matching his prices with the bidder who has emerged lowest as a result of modification in GST. In case originally evaluated L-1 bidder fails to match the price (of the bidder who emerges L-1 due to change in GST rate) then the award of contract will go to the bidder who subsequently emerges L-1 due to change in GST rate.

Bid price evaluation will be done on the basis of total price of BOQ/Price format as mentioned above.

Payment shall be made as per payment terms in SCC.

Price validity shall be for the entire period of the contract including extension thereof if any.

The Bidder must quote amount in INR for all the line items (inclusive of P&F, Freight, and insurance charges etc.) as well as applicable GST amount in the designated column in BOQ/Price Format.

Rate should be as per FOR basis (Main store, ONGC Hazira Plant, Surat)

Arithmetical errors if any, in the \\"Price Format\\" will be corrected in the following manner: a. If there is a discrepancy between amounts expressed in words and figures, the amount expressed in words shall prevail. b. Errors of summation, subtraction, division and multiplication shall be corrected and only corrected value shall be considered which shall be calculated on the basic rates.

The Bidder should quote the amount of GST, considering the applicable rate of GST included in the bid and ONGC would not undertake any responsibility whatsoever in this regard. In case the GST is not quoted explicitly in the offer, the offer will be considered as inclusive of all liabilities of GST and ONGC will not entertain any future claim in respect of GST against such offers.
