Details of Work.

Following works of Centrifuging of Oil of 40 MVA T/F at 132 KV S/S Naraini Main Tank, Radiators, Conservator & OLTCs etc. by 12 KLPH Centrifusing Machine with New filters for dehydration of Oil, winding etc. of following including taking & recording BDV values of oil and IR values of transformer windings periodically using calibrated Testing Equipments till the required value is reached as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Tan Delta and Capacitance measurement including IR, Polarisation Index (PI) & Absorption ratio test of Transformers as per standard testing procedures (Including Tan Delta and Capacitance Measurement of Bushings at standard and variable frequencies and that of HV & LV windings) with the help of duly calibrated Tan Delta & IR Test kit (5 KV) of OMICRON/Megger make to be arranged by the contactor Including the cost of operation of Test Kit along with preparation and submission of test results in specified formats after the competition of tests. The works shall include the cost of Manpower and T&P involved in testing and submission of test reports in specified formats.(one Job for each Transformer)

Performing following detailed testing of Oil Samples of above both transformers Transformer at CPRI, PGCIL or any other NABL Cetified Lab including collection of Sample in Air Tight Bottles of proper specification as per standard pratice and submission of Reports:-1.BDV, 2.PPM(1 Job for one Oil Sample of which all above tests shall be done)
