Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade Old work (one or more coats). including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting (One coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) One or more coats on old work

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design Apexultima Protek ) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 square meter under and upto 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and re-plastering the surface of wall including disposal to the dumping ground with a lead of 20 metres with including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Cement Mortar 1:5(One cement: Five sand).

Providing and fixing Scaffolding in building side including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying base coat for Apex Ultima Protek including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
