(M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made |

| 9 | Providing and fixing of vajra series windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58 mm thick \\"D\\" Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM) primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finished painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 micons thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer.section for outer frame should be of 75*55 mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12*12 mm and section for shutter should be of 52*25mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed for glazed shutters, fly mesh shutter section should be of 20*40mm. The sections are to be cut to lenght mitre jointed with corner brackets. Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap. Elixir or equivalent stay, handles 2 no of heavy-duty stain less steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be panelled with 4 mm thick plain float glass and S.S Mesh for fly mesh shutter(304 grade). Rubber Gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frames be fixed to the concrete/masoary wall by means of self-expanding, screws, including 10mm square guard bars 6\\" (152.4mm) pitch,complete for finished Item of work. |
| 10 | M&L 30mm thick Factory made solid WPC (Wood plastic composit) moulded gauged door shutter with wire mesh in any number of division with brown wood grain texture, including S.S wire mesh shall be fixed with 15x15 square tube in side rails with screwing 8x28 heat metal zink coated screws can be remove or fix again after changing of wire mesh when needed. The density of the shall be as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and complete all as specified and directed. |

WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of EngineerIn- Charge.
