Providing and fixing of GRP cabin made out of composite material, cabin shall be manufactured by using standard quality GRP material and heavy duty M.S. sections, M.S. Sections shall be painted by oil paint, shape of the cabin shall be round and rectangular at two ends, alluminimum sliding type windows shall be provided (photo enclosed) shown in the table model, size of the cabin Diameter 4200mm and height 4.74 mtrs. Upto first stage, two door s shall be provided staircase also provided to reach upto 4.74 mtr. Height, antiskid type steps shall be provided to staircase manufactured in heavy duty GRP material, cabin shall be fixed on the well by using M.S.section sq. Pipe and other sections, etc. Section welded to the existing M.S. Structures, all other detailed are as photo enclosed in the table model along with the quotation.

Providing and fixing of GRP cabin extended portion of cabin having height beyond 4.74 mtrs. Height for the head regulator well, cabin shall be manufacture by using standard quality GRP material and M.S. Sections , shape of the cabin shall be round and roof shape shall be dishend type, alluminimum sliding windows and one door shall be provided to the cabin , cabin shall be fixed on the well by using nut bolts and welding the bottom portion , size of the cabin diameter 4200 mm x Height = 2.0 mtr. Other detailed as shown in the table model enclosed along with us, by footbridge canopy shall be provided, manufacture in heavy duty GRP material, side support shall be made out of M.S. Sq.
