Removing of All HV & LV connection.

Safe demounting of LV/HV bushings.

Remounting of LV/HV side bushings after changing oil seals itc as per norms.

Safe Dismantling of Radiator Banks.

Safe Remounting of Radiator Banks as per norms, complete in all respect.

Draining Out of Transformer Oil of Power T/F and filling it in Drums using perfectly clean and demoisturized drums. All T&P drums, consumables will be arranged by the contractor.

Replacement of all gaskets of transformer and all Oil seals of HV/LV Bushings and other metal parts, etc. All material will be provided by the contractor.

Refilling of T/F Oil using clean and demoisturized oil drums oil will be filtered and demoisturized before refilling by the contractor.

Fixing of all HV/LV connections/Buchholz Relay, top cover plate as per standard and mounting of all accessories.

OCC, SCC testing as per NORMS and complete meggaring of Transformer. 5 MVA Power Transformer, its connections, accessories and all parts, all joints will be tested mechanically and electrically, complete in all respect. Safe Energisation and safe electrical loading of Transformer will be the sole responsibility of the contractor.
