| 1 | M&L for Raking out joints of brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc. built in Cement or cement lime mortar and flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings/ roof slab in CM 1:3, as directed. |
| 2 | M&L for Roof treatment by following method:- (a). Surface preparation: Cleaning the surface well including cleaning mosses, wild growth etc and cleaning with wire brush or grinder to level the uneven surface and sharp points, wash the slab to remove dust, dirt, oil, grease etc, , cut and open all concrete cracks which are more than 0.50mm in the width and upto 10mm and filling the crack with cement mortar mixed with modified styrene butadiene latex (Supplied as a ready to use bonding agent in liquid form to repair of spalled concrete, floors, etc - Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent as approved by EIC).(b). Fillet Treatment: Providing and laying of 50mm X 50mm angle fillets at the junction of slab and vertical walls prepared with cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:3 admixed with 10% modified styrene butadiene latex (Supplied as a ready to use bonding agent in liquid form to repair of spalled concrete, floors, etc - Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent as approved by EIC) by eight of cement.(c). Water Proof Coating: Providing and applying one coat of Water based primer composed of Acrylic emulsion polymer (Dr. Fixit Prime Seal or Equivalent as approved by EIC) and 02 coats of Single component cold applied Elastomeric water proof coating (Dr.Fixit Roof Seal or Equivalent as approved by EIC) with sandwiching 45 GSM geo textile with a time interval of 4 to 06 hours and extending the coat to the vertical surface if any (parapet / Concrete edge sides) as per manufacturer instruction. (d). work should carried out by the OEM authorised applicator / Dealer as approved by EIC. |
| 3 | Taking down cement or cement lime plaster etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. any description. |
| 4 | M&L for Rendering 12mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 with one coat of Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces. |
| 5 | M&L for Rendering 12mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface ceiling in cement plaster 1:4. |
| 6 | Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) as directed. |

| 18 | M & L of Plastic emulsion paint two coats for Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, including one coat of primer & preparatory works as described (Make: Asian/ Dulux/ Nerolac only Acceptable). |
| 19 | Painting on wooden surfaces, two coats using synthetic enamel paint including preparatory works on old painted surfaces as directed. (Material: Reputed brands like Dulux, Asian Paints or Nerolac only acceptable). |
