Construction of \\"Yoga Sthal\\" as per following and enclosed photograph - (a) Circular plateform at ground level having overall dia not less then 10.67 mtr. (b) Width in annular shape footpath - Plint level area 89.37 sqm (dia of circular plateform not less than 12.67 mtr.)(c) Plinth height 0.60 Mtr. from ground level should be in three equal steps having rise 15 cm. with one side gentle slope ramp having width 1.0 Mtr. and with side railing of hight 1.0 Mtr from plinth level. (d) Total Covered area of 1st roof level not less than 89.37 sqm.(e) Roof should be made in frustum of cone shape having frustum height 0.60 mtr. and thickness of foor slab should not be less than 0.125 Mtr.(f) 2nd roof should be made not less than 2.0 Mtr. dia at bottom with 0.60 Mtr at top.(g) Cone height at center - difference of level between both roof should be not less than 1.00 mtr.(h) Minimum 8 Nos. R.C.C. (M-20) Circular columns having dia 0.23 mtr. with required reinforcement from plinth level to support 1st roof level having load bearing capacity of both roof with required foundation - The\\"HUT\\" should be facilitated with 1 Nos. round sitting bench of 0.45 Mtr. width and 0.10 Mtr. thick should be made in R.C.C. of M-20 - R.C.C. work should be completed with required reinforcement (not less than minimum) as per relevent IS code. All work should be ornamental and having natural look of wooden finishing with ornamental plaster in rich mortar, using white cement oxide and bamboo/balli design with final finishing in touchwood color (two or more coats) as per photograph enclosed with giving asthetic look the job work should be complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.(NOTE :- Rate of Yoga Sthal Hut inc. of all taxes and Contractor profit) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
