| 1 | Subhead-I Day-to-day operation of civil service centre |
| 2 | Providing assistance / Supervisor at Enquiry office for attending the day to day complaints of various residential, Technical and non residential BSNL buildings. The work shall mainly consists of attending the telephone calls, receiving of requisitions,/ complaints, of occupants/ staff and helping of keeping of records of work and other miscellaneous works related to managing of manpower at enquiry. The nature of work assigned shall be such that can be handled by skilled knowledgeable person. |
| 3 | Providing Mason for repair services for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings. The work shall mainly include repairs to walls, floor and other miscellaneous building works related to mason work. The nature of works assigned shall be such that can be handled by one mason (Ist class). T & P shall be arranged by the contractor. Nothing Extra Shall be paid on this account. |
| 4 | Providing welding services (one welder with an assistant), along with all T&P such as welding machine, generator, welding rods etc. for eight hours. As and when sufficient welding works for one day have accumulated, the contractor shall be directed to provide this service as per the directions of Engineer In Charge. The material if any required (other than T&P and welding rods) shall be provided by BSNL. The contractor shall have to make his own arrangements for movement of T&P among the various buildings compounds. Nothing Extra Shall be paid on this account. |
| 5 | Providing plumbing services with a skilled plumber for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings. as per the directions of Engineer In Charge/ in charge SDE(C). The work shall mainly consist of repairs to water supply, sanitary fittings and drainage system including miscellaneous works. The nature of work allotted shall be such that can be handled by one plumber/ fitter (1st class). All the T&P required shall be provided/arranged by the contractor for carrying out the work. Nothing Extra Shall be paid on this account. |
| 6 | Providing sewer maintenance services for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings as per the directions of Engineer In Charge/ incharge SDE(C). The work shall mainly include cleaning and opening of chocked mainholes, W.C.pots,surface drains, sewer line and other such miscellaneous works. The nature of work assigned shall be such that can be handled by one skilled sewerman All the T&P required shall be provided/arranged by the contractor for carrying out the work. Nothing Extra Shall be paid on this account. |
| 7 | Providing carpentry/wood work repair services with a skilled Carpenter for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings as per the directions of Engineer In Charge/ incharge SDE(C). The work shall mainly include repairs to doors, windows, ventilators, frames, shutters replacement of glass panes and other miscellaneous works related to carpentry work. The nature of works assigned shall be such that can be handled by one skilled carpenter (Ist class). All the T&P required shall be provided/arranged by the contractor for carrying out the work. Nothing Extra Shall be paid on this account. |
| 8 | Providing of helper/beldar services to the skilled workers for assisting in plumbing/masonry/carpentry/sewer maintenance works/other works as per the directions of Engineer In Charge. This item shall be paid for on per day basis, in case the complaints to be attended in items 1, 2 & 3 are such that it cannot be attended to by single skilled worker. The decision of the Engineer-in-Charge regarding whether an extra helper is required for maintenance on a particular day will be final and binding on the contractor. Nothing Extra Shall be paid on this account. |

The penalty @ Rs.2500/- for each day delay, in supplying of material items, will be imposed on to the contractor and will be deducted from the bill.5. The contractor shall adhere with brand/make of material wherever mentioned against items.6. The equivalent brand/make shall be considered with supporting documents only if the same is not available in the market. 7.
