Providing and fixing MR grade plywood conforming to IS 303,with commercial ply on both faces, in cupboards, kitchen Cabinets, furniture etc. Fixing is to be done with nails, steel screws (counter sunk type) and adhesive complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Modification of drainage lines for conversion of Indian type water closet to European type water closet as per following procedure: a) Dismantling of existing Indian type WC by removing filler material from depressed floor to extent required and removal of existing C.I. trap without damage to main CI outlet pipe. b) Providing and fixing new PVC pipes and PVC accessories of 100mm nominal dia. consisting of one 300mm long collar pipe, one bend, one tee, one 600mm long coller pipe and one nahani trap. c) Providing and fixing one stainless jalli of nominal size 100mm over the nahani trap. d) Refilling the depressed floor by cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size. (All malba arising of the work shall be stacked in the open area adjoining. Entire work is to be done work as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.)

Cleaning /Machine rubbing of floors Mossaic/terrazo flooring including skirting with electrically operated grinding machine with fine stone of required numbers. The grinding should be done at least in one stages and necessary repairing of to the existing floor be done with white cement and marble powder ( and using colour of required shade if required.The floor should be cleaned and washed with oxalic acid and left to dry. Finally floor should be polished with wax polished of approved quality and saw dust all complete to give glossy finish as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Note: Water and power supply if available may be supplied to the contractor by the BSNL subject to the following conditions:i) The water charges @ 1 % shall be recovered on gross amount of the work done.ii) The contractor (s) shall make his/their own arrangement of water connection and laying of pipelines from existing main source of supply.iii) The contractor shall make his own arrangement to extend the power supply from the tapping point and install a sub meter for recording consumption of power in the work. The consumption charges thereof shall be recovered from the contractor by deduction from his bills or from anyother dues.

Providing and fixing 28mm diaaluminium pipe (heavy) for curtain rod powder coated / colouranodised to golden yellow shade or in required shade including the cost of providing pair of mild steel brackets and PVC end cap or finel with necessary screws etc as per site requirement all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
