Finishing wall with Appex ultima weather coat (Asian Paints) paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an approved brand and manufactures and of required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirts, and remains of loose powdered material as Directed by Engineer incharge.

Wall painting two coats with Royal (Asian Paint) paint of approved brand and manufacture on undercorated wall surface to give an even shade including throghly brushing surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Applying two coats of Birla (White cement based) or Asian (Acrylic lapy- putty) or equivalent & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coats )on wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint,brushing,oil,gloss,semi gloss to give and even shade including cleaning of all dust, dirt and other foreign matter sand paperring and stopping.

Supply and apply of Asian paints smartcare Damp proof single component fibre reinforced acrylyc coating. The coating must be applied in three coats with first coat at 33% disllution and the remaining two coats without dillution for priming coat , no additional primer is allowed. The coating should be white in colour and shall also have anticarbonation property with waterproofing protectionup to 7 bars hydrostatic pressure as Directed by Engineering-in-charge.

Providing & Applying high quality acrylic modified resin based Decorative BRICKS Pattern texture plaster with anti algae and UV resistance properties to be applied as intermediate finish in desired pattern to form film of 1- 1.5 mm thickness after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles from the plaster surface,as per manufacturer's specification etc. complete as the direction of Engineer -in-Charge

Repairing of granite fixing on wall top by drilling in granite and pesting of 4\\" screws in drilling area by Chemical filling as Directed by engineer incharge.

Removing of paver block and refitting of Paver block including 50mm thk compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with line sand and cemennt concrete vatta etc. all complete as per the direction of Consultant/Engineer in Charge.

filling in foundation and plinth with murrum or selected soil in layers of 20cm thickness including watering,ramming and consolidating etc. complete.
