| 7 | Wall painting two or more coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 (fifty) grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ (at the rate of) 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ (at the rate of) 0.75 ltr/10 sqm (zero point seven five litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade two or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of one point sixty seven litre per ten squaremetre) on existing cement complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
