Cooling coil drain water shall be clean, if any type obstacle is there in the flow of water, iron body of the AHU inside and outside shall be scrapped down and rubbed out with sand paper then apply one coat primer over a coat of synthetic enamel paint including part of duct portion in the AHU shall be completed upto the satisfactory of Engr-in-Charge for the AHU of EW complex AC plant capacity of 3X80 TR complete as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Material and Labour for opening of condenser cover of both sides including disconnecting of water pipe line for inlet and outlet of the condenser of each plant. Removing scale/sludge precipitated in the copper tube by push and pull method with iron rod connected with steel wire brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser and scraping down the sludge precipitated inside the tube. Closing both side of condenser and circulating the de-scaling solution in all tubes of three condenser of each plant through the circulating pump and allow to hold it for 30 minutes for chemical reaction Opening the condenser from both sides and clean with iron rod connected with nylon brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser ensure that de-scaling process has been complete then closing the condenser at both end and circulating clean water in all the tubes of three condenser of each plant and drain out process to continue till the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, then fixing new gasket for both ends of the three condensers of each plant tighten with new nut and bolt for the EW complex AC plant 3X80 TR capacity. |
