| 1 | Providing form work with mild steel plates 3.15 mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) size so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping and centring etc etera with wooden battens and ballies in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 (four) meters and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. | 4 | Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, Reinforced cement concrete mechnically mixed vibrated design mix M-25 (twenty five) grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work to obtained minium crushing strength of 25N/mm2 (Twenty five ) Newton per millimetres square) with minium cement contents not less then 400Kg/Cum (Four hundred killogramme per Cubic metres) using cement content as per approved design mix and curring complete, including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Providing and laying Twisted steel/deformed TMT and Medium Tensile steel bars Fe 500D for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding in foundation complete including the cost of binding wire all complete above plinth level upto all floor levels including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing 0.60 mm( zero point sixty milimetres) thick prepainted steel sheets in roffing with hot dipped metallic zinc quoted sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns (Twenty mixeones) over 5 ( five) microne primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five)micrones over 5(five) micrones (Five microns) precoating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm ( six millimetre ) diameter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals charges.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (sixty centimeter) over all with 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped matalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modifed polyser organic coating of 20 micron (Twenty microns) over 5 microns (Five microns) plus back coat of polyser of 5 microns (five micron) over 5 (five) micon priming coat including fixing with prepainted iron J” or “L” hooks bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimeter) dia G.I limpet and bitumen washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals charges. | 10 | Steel work welded in built up sections in trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position using structural steel etc. as required in Grating frames, guard bar, ladder railing, brackets, gates and similar work. and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of royality, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
