Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement) to brick/concrete wall and roof surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement or as per the manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately
