| 1 | Fabrication and providing structural steel work welded in built up section for self-supporting pole and platform with galvanized mild steel conforming to IS : 4759 with average mass of zinc coating 610 gms/sqm (approximately 85 microns )on RS joist, channels, bolts, angles, connecting plates, tubes, nuts and washers etc. as per design including cost of galvanizing and cutting the sections as per design, fabrication, welding etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants, machinaries and carrying the material to the site including loading and unloading for all leads, taxes, duties and ancillary works in handling of the pole materials. |
| 2 | Labour for Lifting of Galvanized Iron pole materials and other necessary tools and plants upto height of 20.0 metres (i.e.5 stories) through narrow passage like stair case etc or by rope of adequate strength from out side or any other means as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, so as to errect the pole upto roof top.in-Charge so as to erect the pole at roof top. |

| 6 | Painting of pole, platform, runway, post etc. with one coat APCONYL WP 636/Etch Primer of approved quality( 8 to 10 micron thick) one coat APCOMIN HB ZINC PHOSPHATE/Red Zinc Chromate Primer (35 micron thick) of approved quality and two coats of APCOMIN/High gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved quality (thickness of each coat being 25 micron) and this finish coat shall be alternate band of white and international orange shade as per aviation colour complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 8 | Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor Five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : |

| 13 | Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level . |
| 14 | Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars. |
| 15 | Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required up tofive storey above ground level as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
