Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) In gratings, framed guards bars ladders, railing, brackets and similar work.

supplying and fixing welded mesh 225x25x3mm to wood or steel members in partitions etc including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm(zero point six zero milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)Cement Mortar 1:4 (one Cement: Four Sand).

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 . (i) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand) : Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade. Old work (one or more coats). including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats(excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) With white enemal paint.

Wall painting (One coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) One or more coats on old work

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
