Cosmetic Maintenance Work related to cleaning of toilets, washbasins, Cleaning and mopping of floors, staircases, walls, roofs, windows, doors, in the office rooms and removal of cob-web, waste materials, garbage etc. inside the Production Section, Electrical Section, Mechanical Section, Technical Building, Laboratory Section, Security Section, Site Dispensary, Instrumentation & Fire, DPS Stores, Vehicles shed, Training centre and Site Auditorium, Canteen Toilets and Admin Building Approx. area: 10967 sq. mt. per day and 6240223 sq. mt. per year on all working days. Note: Materials shown below are inclusive of total estimate value of the contract for housekeeping during the period of work. The same will be procured by the contractor as per the requirement.Materials shall be deposited with In-charge and collect the same as and when required.
