| 2 | PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, padding over roofs, in lintels up to 1.50 metre clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The unit rate includes use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately. |
| 3 | Water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer and 0.40 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end/longitudinal lap torch sealed and bonded and applying two coats of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane of 1.20 Kg/Sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous paint/primer @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over RCC roof slabs/ projections/ parapets after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc. as manufacturers instructions including removal of existing APP membrane sheets of any thickness and position, complete all as specified and directed as Engr-In-Charge. |
| 4 | Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), mixed with water proofing admixture, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately. |
| 5 | Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.
