Item No 01 : M&L for construction of masonry valve pit with the following specification:- Brick work in CM (1:4) with sub class 'B' bricks,15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4), PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation, chamber of internal size 600mmx600mmx600mm,150mm thick copping on top in PCC (1:3:6), type C-1, 3mm thick MS sheet for cover, angle iron 50cmx50cmx6mm for frame all around with suitable handle with locking arrangement including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primed on MS work and three coats of white wash and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified .
