| 3 | Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/ down ward facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas /beams/columns/balconies etc. Supply and fixing by means of nailing, wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40 mm dia and mesh size 20 mm, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement/sqm and Material & Labour for 20 mm thick cement plaster rendering in two layers of 10 mm each (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces including necessary scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 mtrs. etc complete all as specified and directed. |
