Taking down carefully existing point wiring of any type (i.e on wooden batten, surface conduit, casing capping or concealed conduit) complete for light, fan, socket or power point with fittings & fixtures such as ceiling rose, electric fittings, holders, switches, sockets wooden batten, conduit etc including accessories such as wooden gutties/ rawal plug, screw etc including removing materials from site for taking credit of unserviceable items and re-fixing the serviceable items as per schedule and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The qty of serviceable (such as LED fittings/LED tube and bulb /ceiling/ Exhaust Fans and geysers, electric meters) will be refixed under respective item here under and unserviceable items such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, holders, brackets, LED fittings, MCB DBs, sunken boxes and fixtures etc. shall be issued to contractor under schedule of credit all as specified and directed.
