Providing & fixing Crystal Solid sheet 3 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single sheet of 2.4x1.2m or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screw of size (5.5x55mm) with Aluminium Profiles and EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical curved surfaces, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size and shapes where ever required.

Wall bores in brick masonry walls up to 20cm thick for providing pipe 50mm to 100mm size including redoing it with cement mortar on 1:6 cement plastering sides etc.

Boring RCC slab above 10cm and up to 12cm thick for providing pipes or fittings of size 80mm to 100mm and rectifying slab with cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm broken stone and finishing the top and bottom with cement mortar after placing the pipe or fittings.

Providing and fixing PVC pipes including fixing the pipe with clamps/clips at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 110 m dia 4 Kgf/cm2 - External work - Exposed on wall

Providing and fixing PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Rigid PVC pipes, including jointing with PVC solvent cement - 110 mm dia Elbow

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 daysto be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2). 12 mm average thickness.
