Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium anodised snap grid frame work of size 605X605mm frame work for ceiling with aluminium tee section of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm thick and aluminium angle section of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm thick for false ceiling incl hangers 6mm dia G.I (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40X3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long including 4mm thick non asbestos E-board HSPC fixed to frame, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Gl frame work of size 605 x 605 mm, for seamless comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including 6mm GI hangers, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 5 mm thick PVC insulation panels sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium / G.I. / M.S. / wooden, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
