| 22 | Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/ down ward facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas /beams/columns/balconies etc. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M & L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10 mm each (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in Cm 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 8m. etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. |
