Providing and Fixing tiles in floors or steps and landing on 12 mm thick bed in cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slurry with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing but excluding cost of tiles

Providing and Fixing tiles in dado and riser of steps in cement mortar 1:3 jointed with neat cement slurry with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing but excluding cost of tiles.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete.

Wall priming one coat with approved wall primer etc including cost of all materials, taxes & labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors as per the direction of E-I-C.

Wall painting two coats with Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved shade & approved make to give an even shade etc including cost of all materials, taxes & labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors as per the direction of EIC

Priming one coat with Redoxide primer to iron work including sand papering and polishing the surface smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P etc.complete in all respects.

Painting two coats with any approved S.E.paint to new/old iron or wood work including cost of all materials and labour with T&P etc complete in all respect.
