1	Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classfication of soil item - A) and disposal of excavated earth a obtained to a distance up to 50M including all lifts with leveling ramming the foundation trenches removing roots of trees shurbs all complete as per approved design and per building specification and direction of E/I.
2	Extra for earth work in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I. (vide classfication of soil item - B)
3	Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layer not exceeding 150mm thick will watered rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenched with a lead of 50mm and lift of 1.5M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement compacted volume).
4	Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.
5	Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
6	Providing and laying 500x500x40 mm thick Turf paver (Turfpave XD) on 150 mm thick sub grade of compacted bed of 20 mm thick nominal size stone aggregate and base course and filling with 150 mm thick Jamuna sand, including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and finishing smooth etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
7	Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces (Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces)
