| 5 | M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over 2-3mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over newly plastered surfaces of wall including one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor and finished the surface even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | M&L for 7-8mm thick non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, fixed over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (square or rectangular), polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floor, skirtings etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, fixed over and including 15mm thick screed bed/ plaster in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) on vertical surfaces, size of each tile 450mm x 300mm x 6-7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for wall tiles, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | S&F in repair/ replacement of solid PVC Wall Lining (Wall Panelling) consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement & fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification and directed. |
| 13 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatement by scraping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia 7\\" / 9\\" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | M&L for waterproof cement based putty exterior grade @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/ old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit for above to make the surface free from dust etc, by skilled labour as per following steps :- Step 1 : Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer's instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. Step 2 : Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3 : Allow 6-8 hrs time dry the putty surface. |
| 15 | M&L for two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & colour stay technology, excellent Drit pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted with water as per manufacturer's instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless stray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.
