| 6 | Taking down aluminium / copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, cover plate , frame and light fittings etc. and making good the disturbed surface on walls floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 7 | M&L in for point wiring with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper cable of FRLS grade with one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable as earth continuity drawn in exisitng conduit and inciluding extended concealed conduit beneath the newly provided false ceiling with not less than 20mm dia including for mounting switches/Sockets, accessories such as spacers, saddles, junction boxes, metal box & cover plate of switch board for one light / fan point controlled by one switch complete including taking down existing wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.Note- The extended PVC Conduit Concealed in wall through cutting,Chassing,Pining in making good surfacing where required and poining in cement mortar and making good for same unit rates are inculded for same |
| 8 | Fixing in repairs of modular fan regulators any module any type retrieved from item 1 above complete all as specified and directed. |

| 10 | S& F switch modular one way 6 Amps,1 module 230V complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Fixing in repairs of switch modular one way 6 Amps,1 module 230V retrieved from item 1 above complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bake lite 65 x 30 mm with 3 terminals complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 13 | Takingdown any type of light fittings and fixture of any capacity, keeping in safe custody and complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 14 | Refxing serviceable LED fitting and fixture of any type and any capacity drawn from item above, after necessary B/R and ceiling work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 15 | S & F 4 feet long LED batten tube light fittings, surface and wall mounted with aluminium housing and integrated electronic driver of minimum 1800 lumens (18-20 Watt) of cool white / warm comprising of batten with all accessories internally prewired and connecting up with twin core twisted copper conductor cable of suitable size including taking down old fittings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 16 | Taking down ceiling fan /exhaust fan from original position and placing in custody untill B/R work , servicing including providing of greece and refixing the same in its original position with all minor spare parts i.e. bushes, canopies, new split pins, new screw, new nuts, bolts and spring washer, capacitor etc complete, including flexible three core wire 0.75 Sqmm size ISI marked with necessary connector (for blade/body) as required after fixing new down rod and testing the same complete all as specified and directed.Note: New split pins, new screw and new nuts and bolts, bushes and spring washer, capacitor made of stainless steel are included in the rate. Fan down rod 600mm long willl be measured and paid separately |
