| 21 | Material and Labour for sunken floor treatment as in following precedence (i) The treatment of existing sunken floor is to be dismantled upto full depth of Sunken RCC Slab and the surfaces both vertical and horizontal shall be cleaned by removing all loose mortar, dirt, dust etc. by chisel, hammer, wire brush/Jute Brush and Air Blower machine than apply two coats of elastomeric compound viz back bond WPC-30 over one coat on neat primer i.e. Super latex be applied on clean surface.(ii) Provide 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base and provide 40mm dia GI pipe med gde as in (spout) of 600mm long as in sunken portion. (iii) Then rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using liquid water proofing compound @ rate 200 ml per 50 Kg bag of cement on horizontal and vertical surfaces of sunken portion. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) The sunken floor tested for leakage/seepage by ponding it with water for minimum 72 hrs.(v) Then fill the remaining sunken portion with PCC 1:5:10 using brick aggregates including fixing sanitary items requiring embedding in cement concrete. To ensure that there shall not be any seepage/dampness in the slab as seen underneath and side. |
