1	Marval Stage 1stPumping unit:-Replacement of Johnston make 70 cusec vertical mixed flow single stage vertical tubine lineshaft pumping assembly by way of Design, manufacturing, Supply, retrofitting, testing & commissioning of Vertical Turbine pump lineshaft motor set of specified duty parameters along with column pipe and bowl assembly, discharge head, base channel, etc. complete as per IS 1710 in existing pump bay with specified capacity vertical solid shaft TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of Specifications mentioned in Annexure\\"A part I of II\\"
2	Sludge pump:Providing and installation of sewage pump of 3-phase 40000 GPH (UK) x 12m head coupled with suitable sized motor. The job includes providing and installation of FASD starter panel with requisite protection devices, suitable cable for electrical connection, canvas hose 6” – 30 mtrs, hose clamps, jointer. The job also includes fitting of necessary devices for SCADA (Supervisary Control and Data Acquisition). RTDs for temperature monitoring and dry run protection.Material of Construction:Impeller – SS 410, Shafts – SS 410
3	Revamping of 10-Ton EOHT Crane by way of the following:a. Complete revamping of electrical components including replacement of damaged control wiring, terminal blocks, p/f of pendant switch, etc. and replacement of crane duty contactors.b. Complete servicing/replacement of crane motors, worm gear, etc.c. Providing of U-clamps, bulldog grips, slings, etc as per requirement.
4	Revamping of intake gate hoisting mechanism by way of the following:
5	Providing and installation of 3-ton x 12 m lift medium duty chain pulley block along with monorail. The same are to be installed on gantries provided for trash racks.
6	Complete revamping of the hoisting mechanism of intake gates as under:Dismantling of pulling machine, drum rope hoist, shafts, couplings and gear boxes after opening the cover using special tools and tackles
7	Fabrication, providing and fitting of bronze/ GM bearing bushes to the end plummer blocks (nominal bore ~ 100mm) based on the size of the block and shaft diameter. The job shall include repairing of bolts holes in plummer block supporting beam wherever required and p/f of lubricating oil to the plummer blocks for lubrication.
8	Servicing of ball bearings (6217) by way of removing from the bearing housings, washing in k. oil, cleaning of housings, rusted components using WD-40 or similar chemical, reassembling, etc.
9	Providing and fitting of ball bearing 6217 in place of worn out bearings.
10	Replacement of all damaged gears, pinions, etc. with new gears of all hoisting mechanisms.
11	Providing and fitting of M.S nuts and bolts (assorted sizes)
12	Providing and fitting of FMC steel wire rope 22 mm diameter 6x36 construction having a tensile strength of 1770 N/sqmm as per IS 2266 to be fitted over rope drum and gate pulleys. The cost is inclusive of allied fixtures for fitting the rope as per requirement.
13	Refitting of all the components of the rope-drum hoisting arrangement, and testing by mechanical lifting and lowering of gates.
14	Providing and fitting of chequered plate 06mm thick - 03 nos. at specified locations for walkway on hoist platform.
15	Painting of the super structures such as gearing & drum covers, couplings, railings, lifting gantries, etc with specified shades of enamel paint (orange/ black) in two coats after applying two coats of steel primer. Job includes surface preparation by scrapping off the old/ loose paint with the help of sand paper/ wire brush, etc.
16	Greasing: Providing and applying multipurpose industrial grease conforming to IS 7623 for crane lifting mechanism, gearing mechanisms of gates, ball bearings, etc. (Castrol/ HPCL/ Champion/ equivalent make)
17	Revamping of 900mm Mild steel flap valves on delivery side by way of dismanling the flap, replacement of SS hinge pin with hinges and refitting. Complete bituminous painting of all valves.
18	Servo voltage stabilizers:Providing, installation and testing of 600 KVA or next higher standard rated Servo Controlled Automatic Voltage stabilizer suitable for output voltage of 415 Volt +/-1.5%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, with copper wound transformer (air/oil cooled) as per specifications mentioned in Annexure \\"B part I of III\\"
19	Transformer:Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1600 KVA 33kV/ 433V outdoor type copper wound distribution transformer (standby) with On Load Tap Changer - 15% to +5% in steps of 1.25%, Level-I (as per amendment no.4 to IS 1180 (Part I : 2014) continuously rated for 3 Ph, 50 Hz, at full load and provided with separate earthing. The transformer shall have power terminal arrangement, bushings / cable end box on HT side and cable end box on LT side. The transformer should have the specifications as per Annexure \\"C\\".
20	Revamping of Main distribution panel by way of the following:
21	Incomer panel:Supply, retrofitting, testing and commissioning of 2000A, 4-Pole ACB (Electrical Draw-out Type) with Microprocessor release having breaking capacity Icu of 50 kA at 415V along with complete control wiring for O/L, S/C, instantaneous, E/F protection release. The job also includes fitting of necessary devices for SCADA (Supervisary Control and Data Acquisition) compatibility.
22	O/G Panel:Supply, retrofitting in panel O/G feeders, testing and commissioning of 800A, 3-Pole ACB (Electrical Draw-out Type) with Microprocessor release having breaking capacity Icu of 50 kA at 415V along with complete control wiring for O/L, S/C, instantaneous, E/F protection release. The job also includes fitting of necessary devices for SCADA (Supervisary Control and Data Acquisition) compatibility.
23	Auxiliary panel:Supply, retrofitting in panel auxiliary feeder and testing and commissioning of 100A, TPN MCCB with Microprocessor release having breaking capacity Icu of 50 kA at 415V along with complete control wiring. The job also includes fitting of necessary devices for SCADA (Supervisary Control and Data Acquisition) compatibility.

The job shall include providing and crimping of 400 sq.mm Aluminium lugs at all cable terminations/ connections.
36	Supplying and laying of 1Cx400 sq.mm XLPE/ PVC insulated, armoured cable 1100V grade with ISI mark, solid/ stranded aluminium conductor of suitable lengths from L.T side of transformer to main control panel. The job shall include providing and crimping of 400 sq.mm Aluminium lugs at all cable terminations/ connections. The job also includes providing of L.T insulators, clamps and other allied works.

38	Insulation mats:Providing and laying at site of high Voltage synthetic insulating mats as floor covering around Electro-mechanical gadgets for safe guarding life and limb of workmen due to possible leakage of current and short circuiting. 89	Complete earthing of the electrification of pump house and station premises with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. The job includes providing and laying 6SWG GI wire as earthing conductor.
90	Providing and fitting of MCBs for electrical circuit with 100A as Incomer, 10A MCBs for lighting circuits of rooms, pump room, floodlighting, store shed, etc, 20A MCB for heating circuits. The MCBs shall be mounted on a MCB distribution box 12-way fitted on panel board for Central control of electrification of pump house and station premises. (MCB makes: Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Schneider/ equivalent)
91	Providing and fitting of 415V 100 Amp. Capacity 4-pole change over switch along with allied wiring for the lighting system of the pump house. The changeover switch shall be of reputed make (Anchor/ Havells/ L&T/ SSK).
92	Providing and fitting of 7.5 KVA fully automatic Oil-cooled voltage stabilizer ranging from 90-300 Volts giving output voltage of 200-230 Volts. The job also includes P/F of 12-volt DC battery 200 AH (Exide) along with 1100 VA sine wave Inverter (Microtek/ APC/ Sukam make) along with leads terminals and necessary wiring complete in all respects.
93	Providing, fitting and installation of 50-watt LED Street lights outside the pump house on light poles wherever necessary as per requirement, comprising of brackets and necessary fixtures required for fitting the street lights etc. Make: BAJAJ/Havells /Philips. (JETA Type or similar as per choice of Department) The job includes wiring of required size & S/W of required amperage.
94	Complete Servicing of 2 x 1.6 MVA H.T transformer of Stage 1st by way of:
95	Dismantling of 1.6 MVA HT Transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T. oil, and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out coils after removal of core assembly, etc. job also included detaching of core HV coils. The job also includes decarburizing laminated core. The core then firmly fixed with channeled frame to prevent noise and vibration. The job includes complete assembling of 1.6 MVA HT Transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc. Refilling of t.oil upto required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/LT connections and testing. The job also includes transportation/hiring of crane etc. for loading, unloading and stacking of various items including its dragging and rotation as per requirements at site.
