The monitor installation shall be located in a covered location easily accessible for viewing and maintenance and shall be provided complete with sample pumps as necessary to ensure the continuity of the sample. The sampling pipework complete with isolation valves etc. shall be designed to ensure the sample reaches the monitor in a time not greater than 1 minute. The monitor drainage pipework shall permit the visual checking of the presence of flow and shall discharge to the foul drain. The residual signals shall be displayed at the local control.The system should have GPRS/4G functionality to record and send data on network and make the data accessable through IoT(Internet of Things) The system shall consist of: (i) Online Residual Chlorine Monitor using DPD solution with auto calibration and non mechanical mixing. Measurement range 0-5 ppm. Indicator and Buffer Solution quantity low sensor with indicator. (ii) Online Turbidity Monitor using nephlometric spectrophometry using an array of 4 optical sensors.
