Bidder may quote different make & type of meters for each item (i.e. A.1/ B.1) subjected to major requirement & all required data sheet enclosed inside tender. In case of different make proposed (for A.1/ B.1) bidder shall offer make filled up PO copy, client’s certification for work completion, PESO, ATEX certification; W&M certificate. In case of different make, the compatibility report of AMR/MIU & proposed Data management server (part A.2/B.2) & the compatibility and other based data sheet will be submitted by the bidder. A letter of undertaking has to be submitted along with the bidder’s supporting letter from proposed OEM. All information has to be submitted at the time of bid. The bid shall be liable for rejection in case of change of the proposed manufacturer / change of proposed authorization & written agreement after submission of offer. However, all the type/make of meters offered should comply to the requirements of bid and end user requirements in total.2. All meters shall be supplied with AMR/MIU. Bidder has to quote for AMR/MIU and accessories such as NRV, strainer & RO to be installed at customer location and installed to its existing installed normal COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL meter location. The quantities are tentative and for any additional quantity (within 3 YEAR ARC) rates quoted by the bidder shall be applicable. (For information, scope covered under Part A.3/B.3). All meters shall be supplied with AMR/MIU and temperature, pressure correction including any instruments for corrected flow measurement as required.3. The rate of ARC shall be valid for three (03) year period from the date of placement of order and shall be delivered as per PO on written intimation.4. The Vendor shall be completely responsible for the design, materials, manufacture & fabrication, testing, inspection, transportation for shipment and transporting of the above equipment strictly in accordance with the MR and all attachment thereto.5. The bidder shall be responsible for Integration, Testing and Commissioning covered under Part A.2/B.2.
