Accessories such as expansion valve, solenoid valve, liquid line valve, filter dryer, sensors, Microprocessor controller, MPVD relay, µMPD(M3PD) relay, copper pipe etc as given separately shall be measured and paid separately etc. B. Labour charges for taking down defective items i.e. pansion valve, solenoid valve, filter dyer and all connected accessories to machine from the unit and making connection/jointing suction/discharge pipe complete deemed to be included in the quotated rate.C. Gas and gas charging shall be measured and paid separately. D. Carry out preventive aintenance as per the standard practice in every month. E. This item include the cost of visiting the technician from authorised service dealer of blue star to check all parameters for smooth functioning of plant and will submit inspection report every month to Engr-in-Charge. F. Checking the system for any gas leaks and rectification of leaks if found. G. Taking set of readings and evaluating to ensure satisfactory performance of the plant. H. Checking the Central chiller plant control system for operation and djusting the settings. I. Checking of condenser unit and its accessories every month and take the reading of WT and LWT in hot and cold side and set CR at prescribed value. J. Checking the ctioning of scroll/Semi hermetic reciprocating compressor every month and its accessories. K. Checking of Evoprator unit (Chiller unit) and its accessories every month and take the reading of EWT and LWT in hot and cold side and set CR at prescribed value. L. Replacement of refrigerant gas as a result of fare wear and tear.cost of refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately as supply only. M. Periodical checking of compressor oil and changing if found necessary (rate of changing of compressor oil deemed to be included in quotated rate). N. Checking of the central chiller plant control panel for its proper functioning and replacement of unserviceable accossaries connected to the control panel like fuse,wiring and other minor items are deemed to be included in quotated rate. O. AMC should be carried out within 03 day from the date of receipt by the contractor .Any delay beyound 03 day shall be compensated through panel recovery @ 1000 per day. |
