| 3 | Providing and fixing Valley 90cm (ninety centimetre) overall with 1.60mm (one decimal six zero milimetre) thick ISI marked Z-120 (Z-one hundred twenty) prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped, metallic zinc coated steel sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted galvanized iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six milimetres) diameter with prepainted galvanized iron limpet and bitumen washers filled with required shade of colour and laid complete within all accessories as required upto any height, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . (Galvanised steel) sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm (forty into three milimetre) size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., includingmaking necessary connections with rain water pipes complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . | 5 | Providing and fixing M,S.(mild steel) BP (Back plain) sheet 1.66 mm (One point six six milimetres) to 2mm ( two milimetre) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per approved design, drawing and specification, as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separately), including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . | 7 | Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, in beams joists channels angles, tee, flats with connected plates or angles cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like, including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HP:PWD. | 8 | Painting steel work (Two or more coats) with Deluxe Multi surface paint to give an even shade applied at the rate of 0.90 litre/10sqm (zero decimal nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied at the rate of 0.80 litre/ 10sqm (zero decimal zero litre per ten square metre) of approvedbrand and manufacture complete in all respect, as per approved drawing, design, specifications, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental .
