Blanking of oil pipe lines,conservator tank, turrets etc with proper gaskets and blanking plate along with nuts, bolts and washer to complete the jobs satisfactorily including proper stacking. |
| 5 | Opening of all cables of old 220/132 KV, 100 MVA Transformer, Marshaling Box, DM and its RTCC panels for their dismantling with cable marking and dressing, binding of cable including fixing of cable tray support structure and termination of cable, making of holes in plate and providing cable glands and its ferruling as per schedule and inter connection including removing of old cable/laying of new cables as per requirement of RTCC Panel, Marshaling box, driving mechanism etc. after erection of new 160 MVA Transformer. |

Shifting/dragging of 160 MVA Transformer main tank from unloading site to transformer plinth up to 20 mtrs distance including turning of transformer if required including all T&P and other works to complete the job satisfactory at 220KV S/S Sikandrabad. |

| 14 | Centrifuging of T/F oil in oil storage tank, uninterrupted till the desired BDV value of the oil is achieved and then filling & topping up of the centrifuged T/F oil in transformer as per standard procedure to maintain required oil level in the transformer including commissioning of air cell if required. Centrifuging and circulation of transformer oil in the transformer, uninterrupted till the desired BDV value of the oil & IR values of bushing are achieved including hourly recording of all the parameters such as Temp. Vacuum and insulation resistance etc. Centrifuging machine (Minimum 12KL capacity) its operator and associated T&Ps shall be arranged by contractor at its own cost. |
| 15 | Making proper arrangement for fill of Nitrogen Gas in air cell of conservator tank and checking its healthiness by maintain positive pressure. |
| 16 | Earthing of 220/132KV,160 MVA T/F-II and its bay equipment’s by cutting straightening, bending, laying 700mm below ground and above ground of via 75x10mm & 50x06mm size of MS flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment’s structure. Transformer body and its neutral point including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed excavation of trenches its back filling including Painting of MS flat of different size after cleaning of rusted surface 1st coat of Red Oxide and 2 coat of Bus Green Paint to complete the work. All other associated work as required to complete the work(MS flat will be provided by UPPTCL). |
| 17 | Laying of following size control cables in cable trenches/cable tray from control and relay panel, metering cubical, RTCC Panel in control room to equipments like Transformer marshing box, OLTC Panel, buchholz relay and other transformer protective relays as per cable schedule including shifting of cables in drums from storage place at the sub-station to erection site and shifting back the balance cable to store from erection site.
