| 2 | Providing and fixing Aluminium Composite panels in all colours of approved brand for external / internal wall cladding at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminium composite panel consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of anti-oxidant LDPE sandwitched between two skin of 0.5mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4mm. The surface shall be finished with PDVF base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to the brick/stone/masonry/RCC walls/framed structure with necessary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners fixed over and including base frame fabricated with galvanized iron pipe of size 25mm x 40mm with 1mm thickness in 600mm x 600mm size grid including stainless steel screws, nut, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant for groove filling, backer rods etc., complete all as per Manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- (i) All Clamps and brackets shall be hot dip galvanised minimum 80 micron thick and confirmed to IS : 4759-1996. (items include cost of Galvanized frame, ACP, Cramps, weather sealant, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding and making louvers in front face with ACP, all machineries and any other fastening streps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc., complete).Note:- (ii) The manufacturer shall also give guarantee/warranty for ACP for a period of Five years.Notes: a) The ACP should have installed by authorized company/agent.Make of ACP:- Aluco Bond /Alstone / Alstrong / Viva / Aludecor /Reynobond India Brand ‘Reynoarch’ |

| 4 | Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Material & Labour for complete removal of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as per the manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
