The under frame - Made of pine wood runners of 70mm x 45mm, treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 19/10mm thick EPDM air cushioned pads, stapled through the two wings at 300mm × 300mm. Installation – IPS subfloor treated with a vapour barrier to be placed on the leveled IPS sub floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cushion pads to be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 300mm to 350mm in 1 direction. Installation - The surface board to be screwed to the runner through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of adjoining board. Ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion of 12 to 15 mm to be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled area/walls.Finishing - After installation the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level and finished with P.U. POLISHING water based polyurethane lacquer.Game line marking to be carried out in required colors before applying the finishing coat. The IPS sub-floor, leveled and finished smooth, leveled to a tolerance of 3 mm is to be provided by the client for installation of our flooring system. The total height of the floor assembly including will be approx. 75/84 mm and therefore the surface of the under floor should be below the level of the upper surface of the finished floor.
