Mechanical/manual sweeping/cleaning/moping of all types of covered area,open area,basement,parking,including shutters, Railing,stair cases,name plates,modular partitions,chairs,tables,(all furniture),fan,switch boxes,doors,window panel(inside) rollor blinds, planter and all fitting and fixture,tiles on wall in toiltes,spittoons, removing web and any type of dust etc. by scrubbling and wet cleaning using detergent,phenyl,cleanzo or other chemical and keeping homocol cubed and naphthalene balls in urinal spraying of air freshner (one time daily)and Hit(one time daily) and Disposal of waste material nearest MCD dustbin or dumping site as per approved Engineer-in-charge. All as per the norms of NDMC.NOTE:-(1) Dumping charges (if any) shall be borne by the agency and nothing shall be extra payable on this account.(2) Any challan from MCD,CPCB etc. issued for non cleaning/burning of garbage at site shall be paid by the agency/contractor at his own cost.(3) The contrcator is to ensure that any complaint received must be resolved within half an hour. Non-compliance shall invite penalty.
